His hard-fought experience would lead him to Tethyr’s capital city of Darromar sometime in the middle of the decade of the 1370’s DR, where he signed up with other mercenaries to fight the monstrous coalition of the Sythillisian Empire, getting caught up in a series of adventures in the country and within the city of Darromar before a long and adventure-ridden march to the elven city of Suldanessellar where the ogre warlord Sythillis’ horde was marching towards the capital city of Tethyr to seek revenge on the country’s rulers for assassinating his beloved Cyrvisnea and stealing the Dappled Blade, a fabled magical sword of Netherese origin that the ogre warlord had found, clashing with the monstrous horde in Suldanessellar and slaying the ogre warlord after a brief parley, only to get caught up in the Daramus Blayne’s attempt to seize power in Tethyr and of the a deeper conflict between the revolving around one of the Malaugrym and a powerful demon that had manipulated the Crimson Guard for their own ends. After thwarting Daramus’ plot to seize power, Pugdishnak left Darromar, continuing with his life as a mercenary for hire, accompanied on the road by the troll he had first met in Darromar,
