The Field Exam: Eyes on the Prize (Part 2)
Month 1, Week 4, Day 1
While most of the class were able to do their field exam Friday, there was a number of those who still didn't. The chalkboard in Class Crescent Moon basically summarized all procedures. Those who had taken it were excused, but the others of course had to stay. Soon, an instructor would come for them. As expected, many of the students allowed to skip jumped at the opportunity, ready to go eat some breakfast, go on a mission, or play hooky. Naturally, the others were jealous.
"Well, Maka, it looks like we got first period to ourselves." Soul remarked, reading the stuff on the blackboard with his hands into his pockets.
"I guess so." Maka replied simply. She didn't feel like going on a mission, so Maka decided to go check out a new book. "Well, Soul, I'm gonna go to the library."
"Alright." Soul nodded, "You might wanna check on Ms. Rumeri too."
Maka cringed a little. She wouldn't be surprised if Kathi had bee

The Field Exam: Eyes on the Prize (Part 1)
Month 1, Week 3, Day 5
The day had finally arrived. Everyone in the Crescent Moon Class woke up knowing what today entailed: the field exam Noel promised exactly a week ago. Even some of the most confident people in class had their reservations, considering they still had no earthly clue of the details of their assignment. A few were putting in some last-minute work while others settled with getting something to eat to relax them. The students' hard work and preparation would nonetheless be put to the test.
Presently, about a half-hour before students were allowed into the building, Tsuji, Rowena, Nayumi, and Marcellus were among the few hanging around the lot in front of the school entrance to pass the time. Because Noel had to arrive early, they – by extension – had to as well. Tsuji was listening to his iPod, Rowena was playing on her 3DS, Nayumi was sitting on the ledge kicking her feet and humming to herself, and

Ox Ford pegged himself a patient and logical man. He had to be in order to remain a contender for best academia in the Academy with competition like Maka Albarn and a few others from different classes. However, Ragnarok proved himself to be viable competition against Blackstar, of all people, in terms of insufferableness. He constantly griped of hunger and obstinately declared he and Crona were capable of passing the exam without a Joint Resonance. Even when they managed to get some cooperation out of him, his attention would eventually go astray.
It was Thursday, and he, Harvar, and Crona all agreed that they were not quite ready for the field exam tomorrow. Though, in spite of the setbacks, there was progress. Really, they just needed one successful Joint Resonance to complete their training regiment; that was all. Ox was currently perusing the mission bulletin board with his partners, trying to lo

There were times when Rowena wished weekends were longer. Her whole weekend was spent relaxing, even if her mind kept reminding her of the duties ahead. She had said it herself; once the week started, playtime was over. The last two days, today starting the third, she and Kilik had been constantly at work. It was natural human instinct to question hard, grueling work, but remembering how it paid off is what kept the poisonous thoughts away. But it was also natural to favor an easy life. Those two facts of life continually butted heads and made life harder for most people.
"Yo, Rowena! Keep 'em coming!" Kilik shouted out to her, banging the two gauntlets on his arms together with metallic clinks.
Rowena snapped out of her thoughts as she wiped her forehead. She was supposed to be batting random objects, such as trees or stones, at Kilik for him to destroy with either his punches or a technique. "Oh, my bad." She apologized, spinning the

You lived on a rather large, countryside property that was bordered by a beach, which then lead into the ocean. More precisely, your home resided on the outskirts of a forest which lead up to a beautiful cliff overlooking the water, and the air always possessed the lingering scent of salt. The best thing about your home is that you could climb to the very edge of the cliff and sit on it's edge, gazing out over the water and to the sky, while flowers of various varieties and vibrant colors surrounded you. This, however, wasn't even what you loved most about the property. At night, when the moon was full and the starts shone the brightest, it was a perfect spot for gazing up at the stars. You loved the stars, astronomy, and space in general. It truly was a beautiful place to relax, just like you did during every school lunch and break period.

He and the other Vocaloids soon became your best friends, even the rather jealous Akita was beginning to accept your presence. For some fairy tales, their destiny is a meticulously planned out series of events ending with a handsome prince and a Happily Ever After. But what about those who don't have much of a destiny? What about the dwarves who had to help Snow White or the fairy godmothers who help just one person get what they want and then do nothing else of note? Where is their Happily Ever After? What's the point in doing any of those things at all? Well, I imagine some of them like doing that. But it doesn't seem fair that some people get the world handed to them and others don't get anything for their efforts.
Take my family for example: My mother and aunts were the 12 dancing princesses. They snuck out at night to go to a bunch of fairy balls, came back in the morning with ruined shoes, and got yelled at by my grandfather for it. They kept doing it until a cobbler's apprentice, my father, followed them and brought back evid

The notice awaited Raven when she arrived to her Home Evilnomics class. It surprised her, of course, but not because one of her teachers (who also happened to be the crone from Hansel and Gretel) had apparently been seriously injured. She was surprised because of the class assignment. While most of the other, evil students in her class were assigned to other evil classes, she had not been. Cooking Class-ics was for royal, good, and neutral students only. Had there been some mistake? Had someone realized that she was not evil like her mother and decided to give her a shot at being in a non-evil class other than Muse-ic?

Before they all got to the forest, one of Pitch's nightmares saw they were on their way and went back and told him that they were coming to the forest. He had a feeling that only Frost and Moon were going to face him only and if they were in trouble, they were going to call the other scouts and guardians, so he came up with a plan to distract them from coming to their rescue.
“We’re finally here!” said Sailor Moon.
“Yeah but where are the guardians?” Jupiter wondered.
Sailor Moon giggled, “I Guess we’re quicker than they are”

Bored as always, I thought to myself.
Shrugging, I continued to walk along the walkway to the doors connecting to the gym. I've heard rumors about the Volleyball Club, but I wanted to see them for myself. The 'King of the Upper Court' was supposed to be going here. I saw him last year during the preliminaries and found myself drawn to him. There was something about his style, the way he called out to his teammates...okay, maybe not that great with how he ordered them around, but it still got him somewhere.
I blushed at the thought. His dark hair falling in his eyes. The sweat dripping from his chin. His quick movements.
"Better luck next time!"
The closer I stepped to the gym, the more their voices could be heard. Holding my breath, I moved in even closer. Through the crack in the door I could spot the group practicing. The spiky orange haired one ran at full speed toward the net right as a dark hair person tossed the ball to him. The orange haired kid slammed his palm

He could perfectly see the landscape in front of himself, along with small groups of spirit particles, which were flowing around from time to time. He could also hear the sounds coming from the small cozy village not far away from here. The villagers were working on building the new houses, so this place could become a nice home for them.
Those people were boy's new family. They said so. However, the boy never had a real family before, so those words meant not very much for him. He referred to the villagers as a clan. After all now they had the same blood, flowing in their veins.
Suddenly a sound of quiet steps was heard from behind. The boy glanced covertly to the left but didn't turn around.

If you see something misplaced within the gallery let us know where it is and where it should be so it can be moved.
